Java Section added

I've added few things to help everyone who needs all these files. Especially the first year CS students in university of Manchester.

I uploaded most of the library needed. I've added the dcumentation for Sun Java SDK 1.4. I've also added the documentation for Javabook. All this is mostly for myself, for easy access. But if other people want to use it go ahead. I don't think i'm breaking any laws by creating a mirror for these files.
